Beyond the creation of digital products, Tarabostes's managed services team provides all the necessary support to ensure ongoing success.
Alongside monitoring and maintenance, our support team is in place to respond to both service interruptions and unexpected events, as well as planned releases.
We work with our clients to create a set of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to provide clear expectations and guidelines around restoring service operations and minimising business and customer impact.
This can include second and third line support; investigate and fix for bugs and defects; as well as Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD). Tarabostes software also provides full product launch support and management for products we’ve created as well as those built by other teams.
